Last summer, I was the DJ at an event in Houston, TX to promote the Netflix show, Gabby’s Dollhouse.
It was a fun event with a prize wheel, a coloring wall, photo opportunities, and of course, plenty of music and dancing.
I must admit that I didn’t know much about the show, but my 9-year old daughter, and hype-girl, schooled me.
“Gabby is so cool,” she said. “I love her curly hair.”
Before the event, my daughter and I spent several hours binge-watching the show. Not to mention all of the times we listened to her favorite song, “The Music in You.”
As a parent of five children, I’ve watched many children’s shows and I’ll have to say that Gabby’s Dollhouse is one of my favorites.
